El ventilador tiene una estética genial. Luz que puede ajustarse de más fría a más cálida. Por lo que he podido probar emite mucho aire y es muy silencioso. Obvio que todavía no ha llegado el verano y no puedo valorarlo en su totalidad. Lo mejor de todo, sin duda, la exquisita atención al cliente. Muy amables y rápidos.

Pasamos a realizar el cambio del modelo dañado. En primera estancia, a día de hoy, no habíamos recibido nada de la incidencia que nos comentas, y por el COVID-19, seguimos operando y haciéndonos cargo de las devoluciones con normalidad. Por lo que para tu tranquilidad, te hacemos la sustitución por un modelo que este correcto... ;-)

Las dos primeras que pedí salieron muy bien y puestas quedaron muy bonitas. Pero la última que pedí era para hacer un regalo a mi hermana que le había gustado, pero lamentablemente tiene una de las puntas doblada y con todo esto del coronavirus no pude hacer la devolución.
