El ventilador funciona de maravilla pero lo que más cabe destacar es la espléndida atención al cliente. La verdad que estamos muy contentos. El ventilador llegó en un tiempo récord siendo periodo de Navidad y la atención al cliente ha sido excelente. Recomiendo 100% el producto puesto que a parte de silencioso tiene unas prestaciones espectaculares. Sin duda alguna volveremos a comprar.

Muy buena atención de La casa de la lámpara. Cuando pedimos el producto estaba agotado. Contactaron con nosotros inmediatamente por si queríamos que nos devolviesen el dinero. Decidimos esperar. Nos mantuvieron informados en todo momento.
