Envoi soigné, rapide, et SAV très réactif et agréable par Whatsapp. La lampe est arrivée avec un défaut de fabrication et a été remplacée sans problème par leur fournisseur Maytoni, donc le SAV a été efficace.

Buenas tardes, realice un pedido a finales de Noviembre y hoy he hemos decidido abrir la caja (no lo habia realizado en el momento de la entrega). Hay un parte rota
He hablado con un agente en el dia de ayer.
No habia leido que habia de validar el paquete en 24h despues de la entrega
