La lampara ha llegado tarde( por culpa de la.empresa de mensajeria, la empresa enseguida realizó el emvío) y hecha trocitos a pesar de ir bien embalada. En cuanto a atención al cliente y resolución de incidencias fenomenal con la empresa. Me han realizado otro envio de manera inmediata y sin ningún problema.

¡Hola Irene! Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido, estas cosas puede pasar pero estamos para solucionarlo y se manda otras sin problema. Puntualmente por el traslado puede sufrir algún golpe. Sobre el plazo de entrega vemos que si llego en el tiempo estimado, ya que este producto como indica que se manda desde Europa puede tardar entre 7 y 10 días laborales. Estamos en proceso de resolverlo. Gracias por la colaboración... :-)
