I have received the item on time and the service is excellent, however, The price seems more expensive than Leroy Merlin. I bought the same light for 79.99€ but I paid considerably more 111.00€. But I am happy as Leroy finished their stock and I managed to buy it from this company as I needed two the same.

Si nos dejas una opinión sin tener conocimiento de tu problema no podemos ayudarte. Con solo enviar una foto se manda otra de cambio, ya que esto puede pasar que se haya dañado en el almacenamiento o en su fabricación. Si lo deseas podemos enviar una de cambio... :-)

PUES SIENTO DECIR QUE COMPRE DOS LAMPARAS IGUALES. UNA VENIA BIEN, PERO LA OTRA VENIA CON LAS VARILLAS DE LA PANTALLA TORCIDAS. ME DI CUENTA CUANDO YA TENIA EL CUERPO MONTADO EN LA PARED Y NO LO QUITE PARA DEVOLVERLA. COMO PUDE LAS ENDEREZE, Y LA COLOQUE, PERO NO HA QUEDADO IGUAL QUE LA OTRA.
