Trato excelente desde el primer click. Increíble servicio post venta, el cual no ha dudado un instante en resolverme un problema producido durante la instalación de la lámpara, enviándome otra sin ningún tipo de problema. Ojalá todos los servicios de atención al cliente fueran como el que desde La Casa de la Lámpara mantienen. 5 estrellas son poco.

El envìo fatal..
El paquete estuvo 5 dìas en la agencia de reparto sin posibilidad de recogerlo.
Indicaban que tenìan muchos paquetes por entregar y no era posible adelantar el reparto.

Al tener una sola làmpara la mitad del aplique queda oscurecido.
Mejorarìa con una làmpara a la derecha y otra a la izquierda ay que fueran de menos potencia que la actual (20 W.), por ejemplo 2 làmparas de 9 W.
