Die gelieferte Lampe war verkratzt. Auf meine Reklamation erfolgte zügig eine Ersatzlieferung. Die ursprünlich gelieferte, beschädigte Lampe wurde abgeholt. Alles problemlos und sauber abgewickelt. So soll es sein!
