Los tornillos del aplique muy baja calidad se desace la cabeza al aflojarlos y están apretados fuertisimo, pedi el cambio por el numero de wasap que tienen y muy bien me cambiaron el aplique y me giraron el led ellos a la posición que me interesaba pero otra vez me a sido imposible quitar el tornillo de la esfera pequeña por el mismo problema que el anterior y por tener la fiesta en paz la he colocado sin fijar la esfera pequeña.

El plafón de madera está muy bien. Bonito y de calidad. He comprado tres unidades. Aun no las he podido instalar, pero la impresión es que van a quedar muy bien en la habitación. La entrega ha sido correcta, ha llegado todo en perfecto estado y muy bien empaquetado. Lo volvería a comprar sin ninguna duda.

Las lámparas son tal cual se ven en la imagen del catálogo. Consulté por chat y recibí respuesta immediata. Este aplique en concreto queda precioso y queda de lujo. La gestión rápida, sencilla y rápida. Volveré a comprar cuando lo necesite y recomiendo sinceramente.
