¡Hola David! El descuento si es cierto, sirve para miles de productos, solo que como indica el email no es válido el descuento para los productos de Mantra Iluminación ya que no nos lo permite. Habrás justo probado en alguno de ellos. Otra opción es que el descuento sea para un gasto mínimo desde. De todas formas ponte en contacto no nosotros y te aportamos uno... :-)

¡Hola Begoña! Sentimos las molestias por la unidad defectuosa, son casos puntuales, pero inevitablemente pueden ocurrir al salir de fábrica, pero ya te hemos contestado que el modelo de cambio esta ya enviado, que solo han pasado 24 horas desde que entro la incidencia el día 4 de julio y ya a día 6 de julio esta en camino, no podemos trabajar más rápido, ya que esto lleva su proceso como indicamos en la guía de compra. Esperamos quede resuelto en breve. Agradecemos la colaboración y paciencia en este proceso... :-)
