Pedí un ventilador de la marca Mantra, después de colocarlo el mando no funcionaba, hablé con ellos y reenviaron a la marca el problema, parece que el receptor interno que tenía que estar fuera. Después de varios vídeos explicando el problema me dieron la solución que pasaba por volver a desmontar el ventilador.
Es de agradecer que desde Lámparas Gálvez el seguimiento del problema fue total, estuvieron siempre en contacto conmigo y haciendo de intermediarios con la marca Mantra.
Al final se solucionó y solo dar las gracias, aunque un poco defraudada con Mantra, es una marca que se vende muy bien pero le cuesta asumir errores

Volvemos a repetir con Sulion es nuestro 2º ventilador. Muy buena calidad y puro silencio. Refresco ideal. Sus palas en madera natural, valor añadido al producto, muy elegantes. Montaje sin complicaciones, sin necesidad de un profesional si dispones de un minimo de herramientas.

Teniamos una duda sobre una referencia les escribi por mail y me contestaron con gran rapidez. Con respecto al envio les sugeri (desde observaciones) que el envio lo hicieran mediante GLS que funciona mejor que MRW, al menos en mi localidad. Entrega comunicada, puntual y correcta.
