Segunda vez que tengo que llamar para reclamar el pedido, en la web pone pedido completado, pero no hay ningun tipo de seguimiento. La primera vez, que lo enviaron mas tarde por error y luego culpa del transportista. La segunda, lo mismo, “pedido completado” pero en este caso hasta q llame 5 dias despues no se dieron cuenta q ni siquiera habian tramitado el pedido, sin que al parecer les importara demasiado, solamente “lo quiere o cancelamos”... Una lastima q con tan buen producto, tengan un servicio de atencion al cliente tan pesimo

El paquete llegó bien, pero la cinta adhesiva se había levantado de las tapas de la caja, aunque se mantenían unidas, con el riesgo de una mano anónima pudiera extraer algún producto sin romper la/s cinta/s adhesiva, debido a que la caja faltó rrelleno para que la/s tapa/s pudieran quedar fijadas y bien enganchadas con la cinta adhesiva.
Este detalle deberéis corregirlo en futuros envíos
