Hola buenas noches Jacob, siento mucho la mala experiencia que ha tenido con nosotros. Antes de enviarle el correo, intenté llamar varias veces, pero no pude contacta con usted. Es cierto que debí seguir intentándolo, pero al no recibir respuesta por correo, pensé que no quería ser molestado.
