Buenos días,
Recibí el pedido muy pronto, pongo solo 4 estrellas a Atención al cliente porque envié un correo del que no he recibido respuesta, pero vamos...que no pasa nada. Solo era una sugerencia en el sentido que el Humus que he comprado no tenia gastos de envío, pero que había un pack de ese articulo junto con otro y si los tenia, simplemente era eso, que no entendía como en un caso sí y en otro no, hubiese comprado el pack.
Todo muy bien, volveré a comprar

en el que la descripción dice que son adultas, resulta q solo recibo unas 78 lombrices y ni el 40% adultas..

Bueno,en cuanto al pedido ya os mandé un email del que no he recibido respuesta,en el os decía que me parecía que de 1500 lombrices que pague me parecía que no había mas de 500,y en cuanto al embalaje,venía roto.saliendose la paja por un lateral.así que mi opinión es mas bien negativa y la atención igual,ya que no os habéis dignado ni contestar el email

Muy bien empaquetada, en una bolsa de la empresa de transporte y luego metida en otra con paja. Supongo que vendría las 500 lombrices que compre, parecían pocas. Todo muy bien.
