Me lo han traído con retraso. Ausente cuando no lo estaba y a esperar al día siguiente. Con todo y tenia dos plantas de curry estaba todo muy bien con las plantas muy bien colocadas

La recepción del pedido en un día. Los bulbos de una cantidad considerable. (38 bulbos en el carro) 3 de ellos me los habéis mandado en mal estado. Mi valoración es positiva pero deberían mejorar en esos detalles

Hola Bienvenido. Le pedimos disculpas por la incidencia con su pedido. Como habrá podido comprobar enviamos los bulbos en una redecillas diferenciados por variedad. Al meterlos revisamos el perfecto estado de los mismos aunque siempre alguno se nos puede pasar. Me atrevería a aventurar revisando su pedido que se trata de bulbos de Ranunculos pues son los mas complicados de comprobar su buen estado. Le reitero nuestras disculpas y le repondremos con celeridad los bulbos en mal estado. Nos dice por favor de que variedad o variedades se trata en concreto.

Muy buena. Las plantitas las seis muy bonitas y muy bien preparada para el trayecto con palillos y encajonada para evitar que se muevan en el paquete. Una latina haberos conocido tarde para haber comprado también alguna plantitas de varias coles

Hola Roberto. Antes que nada agradecerle el que nos haga llegar su opinión y lamentamos la incidencia. Hemos incorporado una variante en los pedidos express y desde ahora es posible la entrega flexible para la mayoría de destinos peninsulares. Se acede con el código de seguimiento y se puede elegir la franja horaria de entrega deseada, siempre antes de que el pedido se encuentre en reparto.

La pinta es buena! Llegaron en tiempo y respecto a otras balas de setas que he comprado anteriormente en otros comercios online, estos tienen considerablemente mayor volumen. Aunque insisto aun desconozco los resultados...la pinta es buena!

No es la primera vez que compro. El servicio es bueno. En cuanto a los artículos el aspecto es bueno. La única pega es que de los tulipanes que han salido hay dos que he tenido que tirar.
