El producto está bien. Lo que no estuvo bien fue todo lo demás. Me mandaron un producto equivocado. Tuve que ir a varios sitios para intentar devolverlo porque algunos puntos recogida/devolución de la empresa de transporte no eran para devolverlo aunque indicaba que si.
Tuve que estar preguntando varias veces por WhatsApp a vosotros como estaba el asunto. La atención no me pareció para nada empática con lo sucedido.

Le informamos que hubo un error humano en nuestro almacén con la referencia enviada. Estamos revisando internamente qué ha fallado para que no se repita.

Respecto a los problemas con los puntos de recogida de CTT, lamentamos las molestias, pero es un servicio externo a nuestra gestión directa. No obstante, ya hemos trasladado tu incidencia a la agencia de transportes para que actualicen la disponibilidad de sus puntos y eviten más desplazamientos innecesarios a otros clientes.
