I contacted Magefesa USA in Miami and they replied fast letting me what handle would fit my vintage pressure cooker.which i appreciated.
When I contacted them again regarding the size of the screw not fitting, I never received a reply. I fixed the issue myself.

The handle fit my very old vintage Magefesa cooker but the screw did not, the one that comes with the handle is too long, but I used a hexagonal nut, and it worked perfect.

Still waiting on a replacement part for a handle that broke when it shipped and I still have not received the promotional discount I was promised for my order of 2 pressure cookers in November 2024.
They are very nice over the phone, but they do not do the follow through and in the end the result is zero - after all the emails and phone calls- very exhausting.

Magefesa has treated my household well, from the middle east to the US mainland. The cookware has held up, and they have always responded back to my comments or concerns even when I reached out their European branch. The business is fair, honest, and makes a good product. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and Magefesa is one example of that. Every pot and pan I bought on Amazon from other brands has died over the years, my Spanish made Magefesa cookware continues to endure, year after year, regardless of what cruelty it must endure in the line of service.

Its a bit of a glowing review, but you guys deserve it.

I first encountered Magefesa when I was living abroad. The quality was nice, and reminded me of what "American Made" use to mean. When I settled back in I didn't want trash. The pans are lightweight, but solid, dishwasher safe, and abuse friendly. The Duchoven I bought was obtained as a "Do all". It works for soups, pasta, a quick roasting pan, and to be honest I've made eggs in it. It was made in Spain with a higher degree of accountability and care than those pans made elsewhere.

No rating for this order. I placed the order for this Knob back in December 2024 and I am still waiting for the part. I’ve called several time to no avail. My experience was not very good with Magefesa USA.

Moka pot produces a really good cup of coffee. Made with thin aluminum and not thick aluminum as mentioned in the description which causes the coffee to cool down faster and not maintain a hot temperature. Would be better if made thicker as mentioned in the description.
