Agradezco tanto el trato que prestáis sobre todo a D. Rafael, que ante a cualquier duda te ayuda y contesta al monento. Yo pedí 5 lotes entre gominolas, bombones individuales Milka, huesitos, ice clubes y cápsulas de chocolates y todo llegó rápido, muy bien embalado, con el detalle de un imán que te regalan, todo maravilloso, muy económico porque los paquetes son enormes y agradecida porque tenéis más de la mitad de los productos que ya no se encuentran en ninguna parte.
Gracias por la amabilidad, por el trato, por la calidad y la generosidad del producto.

Otras veces hemos hecho pedido y ningún problema, esta última... pusimos el horario y el mensajero vino cuando quiso, no estábamos y tuvimos que pedir el favor a un negocio cercano pero encima el mensajero poco mas y nos dijo que nos apañáramos, que el podría poner ausente y listo.. con toda la razón, pero confío en que si ponemos comentarios para el envío, se tengan en cuenta.
En cuanto a los productos, esta vez algunos no han llegado en el mejor estado, parece que tienen tiempo y están endurecidos cosa que no nos había pasado nunca con esta empresa.

Las agencias de transporte hacen dos intentos de entrega,
Por eso disponemos de la opción de entrega para recojer en oficina
De correos y el cliente lo pueda recojer cómodamente en otro horario.
En cuanto a los productos endurecidos, no tenemos constancia
De ninguna reclamación directa con nuestra atención al cliente,
Ya que si así ocurriera, damos solución al cliente. De todas formas gracias
