Fantástico todo. Me equivoqué en la talla al hacer la compra on-line, llame por teléfono y me lo gestionaron todo sin poner una sola pega, ellos se encargaron de modificar el pedido y asegurarse que todo llegaba correctamente!! Además muy rápidos!!

Realicé un pedido con envío a domicilio, indicando la dirección de envioy me dicen que en el pedido que reciben ponía recogida en tienda. Además, al ser en Baleares si aplican portes independientemente del importe del pedido (portes altísimos, por cierto); algo que su web no advierte con claridad. Generalmente, los portes suelen ser gratuitos a Peninsula y Baleares. Canarias es otra historia.

Su dpto. de atención al cliente tampoco hizo gran cosa por solucionarlo, mas que insistir en que la razón es de Uds. Se anula el pedidoy desdel el dia 9 TODAVIA NO ME HAN DEVUELTO EL IMPORTE QUE ABONE CON TARJETA DE CREDITO..

Por favor, hablen con su dpto, .de pedidos para que cursen de inmediato la devolución del importe de la compra.

Buenas tardes:

Gracias por su valoración, en nuestra página en el apartado de gastos de envío puede leer claramente que los envíos a península son gratuitos para pedidos superiores a 65€, para envíos a Baleares y Canarias consultad al correo que dejamos en la web, en su caso el cliente siempre escoge la forma de recoger su pedido (Envío MRW máximo 24 horas o recogida en tienda), en su caso escogió recogida en tienda siendo de Baleares, por eso se le llamó telefónicamente para corroborar si había algún error por su parte al escoger dicha opción, nuestros portes a Islas son aéreos, de ahí que sean 24 horas y el sobrecoste que lleva este método de entrega es lo que le dijimos, sino quiere el pedido se le devuelve el importe como hemos hecho en el día de ayer y debe recibirlo hoy en su cuenta y se queda todo por nuestra parte finalizado.
