Se que vosotros no tenéis la culpa, porque ya son muchos los pedidos que os he hecho, pero quiero que sepáis que la empresa de mensajería (GLS) no me lo ha entregado aún. En su web aparece como entregado el pasado día 9 de diciembre y no se a quien. Su servicio al cliente está siendo nefasto, no contestan al teléfono y sigo sin saber nada.

Estimado cliente. Sentimos si GLS no actúa correctamente en su localidad. Hablaremos con ellos directamente para ponerles en atención sobre el servicio en la zona. Normalmente (el 95% de los envíos) se realizan en el plazo establecido. En ocasiones pueden sufrir retrasos en la entrega, por circunstancias como volumen alto de paquetería como en fechas de Black Friday, Navidad; por problemas de logística en las centrales de distribución; etc. Pero no es lo habitual.
