Para ser la primera compra no me a ido bien, la manta es un poco fina y el color de la manta no es igual q la del muñeco y del envío fatal paso de hablar

Hola Isabel, la manta del pack elegido son mantas simples no mantas con borreguito. Lamentamos si el envío ha tardado, pero debido a la situación actual de huelga de transportistas los envíos van todos con atraso.

Hola, por un lado es un poco fina la manta y el color de la manta no es el mismo q el del muñeco, el tacto está muy bien es muy suave y muy bonita, por otro lado el envío fatal lo pedí el día 8 marzo y me a llegado el 21 de marzo, yo no lo e podido recoger asta el día 22 ya q el repartido dejo el paquete donde él quiso, no en la dirección donde ponia la entrega sin ni siquiera llamarme ni nada, me llamó la muchacha de la tienda y como solo tiene horario de mañana no e podido recogerlo asta hoy día 22 marzo, por eso estoy un poco desilusionada xq para ser la primera compra me a ido regular la verdad, espero q con estas opiniones mejoren sus servicios, gracias

Hola Isabel, La manta del pack elegido es una manta simple no es una manta con borreguito. También disponemos de mantitas de mayor grosor en nuestra tienda online. Lamentamos que el tiempo de envío se haya demorado, pero es ocasionado a través de la situación actual de huelga de transportistas. Los pedidos no se dejan así por así en ningún lugar, ya que los responsables de los extravíos o perdidas es la propia empresa. Se ha debido de dejar en una zona de confianza por no poder ser entregado en domicilio, lo que iba a ocasionar más tiempo de demora en la entrega. Creo que con la situación actual hay que tener un poco más de compresión con los trabajadores del transportes de mercancías, ya que están realizando su trabajo de la mejor manera posible por el bien de todos.
