Respecto a la tuerca faltante, se trata de una incidencia aislada en el embalaje de fábrica, y ya estamos tomando medidas para evitar que esto vuelva a ocurrir. Por supuesto, nos encargaremos de enviarle la pieza que falta si así lo desea.

En cuanto a la factura, le confirmamos que está en formato PDF, un formato estándar que debería poder abrirse sin problemas. Sin embargo, si sigue teniendo dificultades, no dude en contactarnos y se la enviaremos en otro formato o por otro medio.
