Santiago, nada más indicarnos que no había recibido el producto, pasamos reclamación a la agencia de transporte para solucionarlo y, por lo que vemos, instantes después de su valoración le entregaron el material. Sentimos no haber cubierto sus expectativas.

Normalmente no suelo valorar las compras web... más que nada por falta de tiempo porque hago muchas . Pero esta vez sí que lo hago porque se lo merecen de verdad. Ha sido una compra complicada porque debido a un pequeño retraso del proveedor los tiempos eran muy ajustados. Quiero agradecer a Jesús lo bien que nos ha tratado y lo que se ha implicado en buscar siempre la mejor solución. Y gracias a ello finalmente todo salió bien!
