Gracias por su valoración. Lamentamos que el producto no haya cumplido sus expectativas.

En relación con el Bluetooth, tiene razón en que esta característica no se especifica en la ficha de producto, por lo que tomamos nota para revisarlo y aclararlo, evitando así posibles confusiones.

Respecto al uso con 220V, el equipo está diseñado principalmente para funcionamiento en 12V, por lo que el transformador no se incluye de serie.

Sorprendido por la rapidez de la entrega. Respecto al producto acabo de enchufarlo y no tengo opinión todavía. Sí es cierto que creí que tenía bluetooth pero no es así. Tampoco viene un transformador a 220V que impide probarlo en casa. He tenido que comprarlo aparte y estoy ahora probando el frigorífico
