Nos gustaría matizar que resolvimos su reclamación en la mayor brevedad posible enviando sin cargo la pieza que le llego rota en el contenido del embalaje. De hecho, usted nos pasó la reclamación el día 24/11 a las 20 h y le respondimos el 25/11 a las 8 h.
