Este kit de fijación solo es compatible con barras CRUZ Optima, tal cuál se indica en la descripción. En caso de que las barras que posea sean de otro fabricante u otro modelo diferente al que detallamos, el kit de fijación no será compatible.
Entendemos que esto no se trata de un fallo en el producto o servicio. Simplemente, se trata de no haber comprobado la compatibilidad, ni haberla consultado.

I inadvertently put the wrong post code, about 300 plus km away ! On the due delivery day I received a call from the delivery company explaining the the delivery address was wrong. Having checked the address with the young lady I realized I had got one digit wrong on the post code. She corrected this mistake and the goods were delivered the very next day.
That's what I call service, no fuss or problem just sorted.

El producto, correcto. El proceso de recogida de devolucion , un desastre . Trabajan con una empresa de transporte que es una pena y la gestión con ellos, deja mucho que desear porque no funciona. Me tuvieron más de una semana para recoger mi devolución diciendo que iban al día siguiente y así 8 días. Y para colmo del mal servicio, me cobran el transporte a mi, no tuvieron el detalle por las molestias ocasionadas.
