Tengo sensaciones contrastadas por un lado la atención y el servicio ha sido rápido y bueno pero por otro lado el producto me ha dejado un poco enfadado porque una vez montado el mismo resulta que las llaves de una de las cerraduras no son las correctas y por lo tanto la solución que me dan es el envío de una cerradura que yo tengo que montar, tengo que Romper remaches e instalar una nueva cerradura en un producto nuevo que acabo de comprar y esto porque la marca me dice que no tiene disponible las llaves para la cerradura que están montando en el producto algo subrealista. Pero yo he pagado el producto íntegramente.

La verdad es que tengo sensaciones contradictorias, por un lado el servicio fue muy rápido y la atención fue muy buena y los contactos fáciles y accesibles pero el producto me llegó con llaves equivocadas y por lo tanto no pude utilizarlo en el momento que lo necesitaba, traía llaves que no se correspondían con la cerradura y debido a esto pues tengo que hacer una modificación en el producto para poder acoplar Una cerradura nueva que si me envía la marca. Entiendo que esto es un producto nuevo no debería de suceder.
