Lamento tener que poner esto pero en el segundo uso del baúl se nos fracturó la llave en el
Bombín por no girar adecuadamente y no poder sacarla, con todo lo que conlleva encontrarse en una situación así cuando tiene organizada una salida en coche. Lo peor la solución que nos ha propuesto la marca. Que compremos un recambio de ellos cuando el cofre no tiene ni 6 meses y era la segunda vez que se utilizaba. La atención al cliente de mobbec ninguna queja, pero la de la marca del baúl pésima. Nos tocará comprar un bombín nuevo y puedo asegurar que no se hizo ningún mal uso del cofre. OBVIAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO

Lamentamos sinceramente la situación que describe y entendemos perfectamente la frustración, especialmente tratándose del segundo uso y con una salida organizada.

En este caso, el fabricante ha considerado que la rotura de la llave en el bombín no entra en garantía, motivo por el cual la solución propuesta ha sido la sustitución del cilindro. Desde Mobbec hemos estado a su disposición para gestionar la incidencia y facilitarle el recambio con la mayor agilidad posible.

Sentimos que la resolución no haya cumplido sus expectativas. Seguimos a su disposición para cualquier ayuda adicional que necesite.
