¿Podría enviarnos imágenes de la cerradura y de la llave que ha recibido por correo electrónico a [email protected] para que se lo enviemos al fabricante?
Es la primera noticia que tenemos de una incidencia de este tipo y entendemos que debe tener solución. De no tenerla, no habría problema en retirarle el producto y abonárselo.
