Il a été compliqué de contacter les livreurs pendant une semaine. Le livreur m'a déposé le paquet lourd très vite et j etais toute seule pour le porter jusque chez moi. Une des planches livrées est abîmée (bois craqué sur la longueur en facade) et le meuble ne se ferme pas complètement. Le mode d'emploi n est pas assez détaillé et pas en français, même si je comprends l'espagnol. On avons l habitude de monter des meubles mais on a mis bcp de temps à monter celui-ci. Le matelas a un trou de la taille d un ongle dans le tissus. À part ça, le lit escamotable est solide et très pratique.
