Litera de buena calidad y con un diseño muy bonito. Por otro lado, la empresa tardó mucho en realizar la entrega y, al ponerme en contacto con ella, pocas explicaciones me dió. Lógicamente, valoro muy positivamente el producto pero no la gestión.

La atención y el envío muy correcto. El producto muy bonito. Llegó con algún pequeño defecto en la pintura (pero se ofrecieron a sustituir la parte afectada, aunque no lo hicimos por comodidad porque ya estaba montada)

Muy contenta con la litera que compramos para nuestras hijas. Aunque se tarda en montar, las instrucciones son bastante claras. El pedido llegó un poco antes de lo esperado y cuando escribí para consultar una duda, me contestaron muy rápido.

Muy contenta con mi litera Montessori blanca. Es preciosa, parece robusta y llegó en el plazo indicado a pesar de la nieve en Madrid, que provocó que la agencia de transportes entregara los paquetes en dos días distintos... cuando llamé a muemue para preguntar, me lo gestionaron en el día, incluso me llamaron días después para ver si todo estaba correcto. La única pega es que las pegatinas que dan para tapar los agujeros de los tornillos se notan mucho, casi queda mejor el agujero. Y para montarla, un profesional tardó más de tres horas.
