Necesitaba un neón para la tienda de mi padre de sushi. Contacte con ellos para saber cómo funcionaba el tema de los neones ya que no sabía exactamente el funcionamiento, me asesoraron en todo y la verdad que me dieron muy buen precio en comparación a otros sitios que eran algo más caros. La vd que después de dos meses con el neón estoy muy contento porque queda súper bien y aparte funciona como siempre.

Lamentamos escuchar que hayas tenido esa experiencia negativa sobre nosotros.

De todas formas, hemos buscado tu nombre en nuestra base de datos, y no nos constas como cliente. Si nos comunicas tu problema y tu numero de pedido, podemos buscar una solución.

Nosotros NUNCA ofrecemos como única solución un descuento en la próxima compra. Siempre ofrecemos la posibilidad de traer el neón de vuelta a fabrica para repararlo si el defecto venía de fábrica, o en el peor de los casos, lo fabricamos de nuevolo hacemos de nuevo. Un descuento en futuras compras se ofrece si se ha visto perjudicado el cliente por la entrega tardía del neón, como muestra adicional de compromiso con nuestro cliente.

I was a bit sceptical about this ‘neon sign’ service at first but decided to take a risk. I’m really glad I did. The service included the design and manufacture of my sign and mounting it on a wall in my business. The design is really nice and clients say it looks great. Also it looks like it will last since it is very robust. 100% recommended.
