El producto maravilloso y esto muy contento de la compra. Pero el envío me parece lamentable y dantesco. No se me notificó el envío y me llamo el transportista en la puerta de casa cuando yo no estaba. Hablamos por teléfono y me dijo que se pasaría por la tarde, pero en lugar de hacer eso lo dejo en la puerta del rellano sin avisarme, a la vista de cualquiera.

Contenta con la mesa, buena calidad-precio. Lo único es que deberían avisar que la compañía de reparto que estaba incluida en el precio no sube los paquetes a casa, yo sola no podía con ellos, quizás hubiera preferido pagar envío o saberlo.

La mesa tienen un bonito diseño, minimalista y es de fácil montaje. Además, el pedido ha llegado relativamente rápido. Sin embargo, algunas partes del producto estaban en mal estado, como si ya hubieran sido usadas o hubieran sido mal tratadas en su almacenaje o embalaje. Por ejemplo, algunos rasguños en la madera del centro, pintura negra despegada del metal de las patas, o tornillos que no se ajustan a la medida de la llave alen.

La atención al cliente durante el proceso de compra fue muy buena y el envío fue también muy rápido, pero la mesa vino con algunos desperfectos en las patas y una pequeña muesca en el tablero.

Super contenta con mi compra. Es tal cuál se ve en la foto, aunque yo diría que más bonita. Me sorprendió para biien desde la calidad de la madera, las patas.. incluso a la hora de montarla fue super fácil y rápido. La atención desde antes de comprarla que llame para hacer una consulta fue super buena y eficaz. Y el envío me llegó en tres días.. increíble rápido rápido. Un gran acierto comprar aquí. Por todo, la calidad de la mesa, la atención y el envío.
