Hice varias llamadas para intentar contactar en los 2 teléfonos y nadie contestó. Entre esto y la decepción respecto a la calidad del producto no creo que vuelva a comprar en Noryk.

La mesa tiene varios fallos en el lacado: en el revés muchas manchas con falta de pintura y en el derecho alguna ralladura. Las patas ni siquiera son todas del mismo tono.
Sinceramente me esperaba mejor calidad.
No la devuelvo porque es muy engorroso desmontar, empaquetar, solicitar la devolución, etc, pero es para no quedársela. Tendré que reciclarla con alguna mano de pintura.
Por otro lado, la mesa ganaría si las guías para colocar las extensiones fuesen blancas en lugar de metálicas, ya que estéticamente no queda bien.

Aún estoy esperando la mitad del mueble.
he llamado dos veces y amablemente el segundo señor que me atendió, me dijo que el trataba con grandes cuentas de Madrid pero que no podia hacer otra cosa que darme el código de seguimiento del segundo paquete perdido por seur.

Al comprar el producto ponía que el envío se haría en 2-3 días. El primer intento de envío se hizo 3 semanas después (aun sigo esperándolo porque pedí que lo retrasaran, pero al pedir el aplazamiento del envío me dijeron que se enviaría a la semana siguiente y esa semana ya ha pasado=. Digamos que el envío es mejorable.

Respecto a la atención al cliente a través de Whatsapp suelen responder rápido, así que bien.

El pedido fue rápido y llegó en fecha. Me gustó que me avisaran por WhatsApp del día de entrega, creo que es un buen sistema. Cuando fui a montar la mesa vi que uno de los tableros estaba deteriorado. Escribí al mismo número de WhatsApp explicándolo y enviando fotos. Me contestaron remitiéndome a otra persona y otro número. Repetí la operación y enseguida me contestaron que me enviarían un tablero en buen estado en sustitución del defectuoso. Me llegó un email confirmándolo, pero después no he vuelto a saber nada. Esto fue los días 16 y 17 de diciembre.
Por lo demás la mesa está bien
