Muy mala experiencia. creo que es la primera vez que escribo una reseña en google pero quiero evitar que le pase a mas gente; compré un juego de maletas de 6 y la grande se me rompio al segundo uso; llevo meses intentando que me den una solución (está en garantía) y me dicen que la rueda no está en garantía...me pregunto que se tiene que romper para que lo cubra la garantía...muy poco interés en buscar una solución, no contestan, les tienes que perseguir...desastroso servicio posventa. se me rompio también el neceser, gracias a Dios ese lo compré en Amazon y ahi tuvieron que asumir por la magnifica gestión de Amazon
