It’s the second time i buy from you guys, but unfortunately it will be the last one.
Ordered my work sunglasses because i work in a oil refinery during summer and i am dealing with a bad eye disease. Product supposed to take 5 business days for production and took way longer due a quality problem, even though I appreciate the quality assurance could be very respectful to receive a call, text message or email of what was going on, considering i had to miss days at work.
Wish you guys a more respectful approach towards your clients.

Super fast turnaround time and the glasses are fantastic. They are lightweight and comfortable with minimal disruption from the sideshields. I'm very happy with the product and service.

Glasses were put on hold for almost two weeks. I had to call and speak with customer service. Customer rep could not find any reason that would cause the glasses to be put on hold for so long! Rep contacted manager. I waited on hold twice for at least ten minutes each time. For the rep to get frustrated with manager and decided to give me a call back once their boss actually responded. I requested for the rep to just send me an email once answer was provided. Customer service rep was very friendly and willing to help! Manager on the other hand didn’t seem as focused on customer service

Shipping was good once shipped it arrived within a few days.

I HAD TO CALL ABOUT A HALF DOZEN TIMES TO GET ANSWERS TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FRAMES. NOBODY WAS THERE TO ANSWER, THE GUY JUST LEFT, THE GUY WASN'T AVAILABLE, THE GUY COULDN'T BE FOUND....ETC. WHEN I DID GET ANSWERS "OH YES! THE TEMPLE EAR PIECES ARE HELD ON WITH SCREWS MAKING REPAIR EASY" AND "OH YES, THE FRAMES ARE REINFORCED FOR A LONG USE LIFE!!!!" I BOUGHT THE GLASSES. ALL WERE LIES. ANOTHER GROUP OF ASSHATS SELLING SHIT THAT CAN'T BE REPAIRED. THIS WILL BE THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I DO BUSINESS WITH YOU PEOPLE. I SWEAR THIS IS THE REASON THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO HELL IN A HANDCAR.

I would have left 5 stars but the communication and website leave a lot to be desired. The 4 stars though go to the ordering of the glasses (easy), the quick turnaround (7-8 days) and the quality of the safety glasses.

This was my first time ordering glasses for myself online. The ordering was pretty straightforward. The quality of the safety glasses is pretty good so far. Time will tell with these.

My complaints included that the website did not allow me to create an account easily (I had to call for help). Calling them required a couple of days of trying. There was no status of progress the entire time. I finally got an email saying they were shipping.

The bottom line is to have patience with the process, the glasses are great.

Nice fit overall, rubs on the top of ears some. Flexible nose pieces are adjustable so your glasses stay up. Nice and light.

The frames are small for my big head. The progressive lens doesn't sit at the right spot so the glasses are difficult to use. I spent about 250 bucks on glasses that are less than middle of the road. I wouldn't recommend buying glasses here.

Received these glasses without the retainer strap normally included. Very disappointed as these glasses work best with that strap. Tried to reach customer support but never got through. Eventually I gave up. Then they sent this survey -- so one star.
