llegó con un defecto, pero es la primera vez que me pasa después de muchos años como cliente (compré el primer pc en 2013/14 en la tienda de madrid, si no recuerdo mal). me puse en contacto y me dieron todas las facilidades para la devolución y el envío de otro equipo en un plazo de tiempo record. de hecho, creo que volveré a comprar otro pc para regalar en esta tienda este mismo verano.
