Llevo esperando 4 días una bota Walker debido a una rotura del pié derecho y ayer me dicen que la agencia de envío no me ha entregado la bota por datos erróneos en el envío cuando eso no es verdad. Verificando con Ortopedia los datos son correctos y ahora tengo que esperar tres días más por el puente con el pié sin sujeción. No se han responsabilizado ni me dan ninguna otra solución, básicamente que me espere que ya me llegará.

Lamentable atención y gestión del envío.

Lamentamos las molestias. Recibimos su pedido por la tarde del martes. Su pedido salió de nuestro almacén el miércoles a las 10 de la mañana, que era el siguiente día laborable a la recepción de su pedido. Cuando el repartidor de la agencia de transportes ha ido a su casa no ha podido contactar con usted. Cuando la agencia nos contactó para pedir instrucciones le pusimos a usted un email de inmediato y confirmamos que los datos eran correctos y reclamamos a la agencia de transporte en el mismo día que le llevara el paquete lo antes posible. Al ser viernes no podrá ser hasta el próximo día laborable. Hemos hecho cuanto podíamos hacer porque no pudieron contactar con usted en la primera entrega. Si desea cancelar su pedido le devolveremos su dinero. Hacemos todo lo que podemos.
