Fui a hacerme unas plantillas recetadas por la SS y la solución que me dieron fueron unas genéricas, fui hasta en tres ocasiones para que me las modificaran ya que dichas plantillas NO cumplían las condiciones que me habían recetado. Un año más tarde voy de nuevo al traumatólogo y la sorpresa es que la SS me recetó las plantillas más caras del mercado y las palabras textuales de la Dra tras ver mis plantillas fueron "esto es una porquería"; por su puesto no volveré jamás!. De acuerdo también estoy con un comentario en el que dicen que las empleadas no son muy amables!!

Sentimos mucho su comentario negativo. En nuestro establecimiento de ortopedia todas las plantillas se fabrican a medida, se prueban sin terminar y reciben el Visto Bueno del médico cuando lo solicita el paciente. No consta en nuestros archivos ninguna solicitud de un médico para sus plantillas. Para cualquier cosa en que desee que le atendamos estamos a su disposición.

Las chicas que están en la tienda, debería ser más amables con los clientes, no sólo me ocurrido a mi, sino que lo he observado con los demás. Creo que les falta profesionalidad y empata con la gente que entra en la tienda.
