Compré una silla y vino sin los agujeros hechos para poder poner las agarraderas.
Trajeron otra y perfecta. Compré otra y cojeaba. Se ve que muchas vienen defectuosas. Pero en cuanto al servicio de la ortopedia, atención telefónica y el servicio de envío a domicilio son excelentes.

Así que, recomiendo muchísimo a esta ortopedia.

La verdad que no es la silla Moovy que estaba en la página y, no cubre las espectarivas que tenía con su uso porque carece del dispositivo que la Moovy original tiene y que sirve como grúa, es decir, que moviendo el dispositivo, la silla se adapta fácilmente a diferentes alturas y, en esta no está el dispositivo y hay que hacerlo manualmente. Estoy decepcionada y me gustaría que me dieran una solución cambiándome está silla por la que había solicitado.
La atencion de la persona con la que hable en varios momentos ha sido muy buena, no tengo ninguna queja, muy amable y solicita.

Ortopedia Principal nació en 2016 como respuesta a la necesidad de un servicio ortopédico especializado en el sur de Gran Canaria.

Todo empezó como respuesta a la creciente demanda identificada por FARMACIA PRINCIPAL, una institución con más de 40 años de experiencia en el sector sanitario.

Nos establecimos en el sur de Gran Canaria para cubrir un vacío en el mercado: la ausencia de un servicio ortopédico con fabricación propia, y contar con un surtido de productos amplio y especializado, cosas que hasta entonces eran difíciles de encontrar en la isla.

Nuestra misión es mejorar la movilidad y calidad de vida de quiénes lo necesitan y apuestan por confiar en nosotros.
