Nach einem Bänderriss im Bereich des Knöchels brauchte ich eine Alternative zum schlecht sitzenden Gipsverband. Nach freundlicher und ausführlicher Beratung trage ich jetzt mit viel weniger Schmerzen einen "Walker". Das Geschäft ist sehr gut sortiert, gut gelegen und hat fachkompetentes Personal.

Llevo casi 5 años repitiendo en ortopedia la principal, siempre con un trato personalizado y amigable llegue con mucho dolor y gracias a Alejandro pude seguir con mi vida normal aunque solo lo entiendan los q pasan por ese dolor de espalda, fue ponerme las plantillas por primera vez y a las 2 horas ya el dolor fue desapareciendo y pude dejar de tomar pastillas derivadas de la morfina, no tengo más q palabras de agradecimiento muchas gracias Alejandro😃

Am 29.03. kauften wir einen Rollstuhl um mobil zu sein. Da meine Partnerin Dement ist konnte es keiner mit antrieb sein. Nach zweieinhalb Monaten brach ohne Vorwarnung eine Felge. Zum Glück konnte ich schlimmeres verhindern. Bei der Reklamation vertröstet man uns und sagte wir sollten Montag vorbei kommen, wenigstens ein Taxi bestellte man uns. Also mußte ich mit meiner stark Demenz kranken Partnerin nach Hause fahren. Natürlich am Montag wieder zum Laden zurück da ich sie nicht ohne Aufsicht lassen kann. Natürlich war am Montag nichts geregelt man sagte die Firma müsse angeschrieben werden. Erst nach mehrmaligem Hinweis das wir ohne Rollstuhl nicht sein können bekamen wir einen Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach gut zwei Wochen des wartens und mehrmaligem nachfragen wurde das Rad gewechselt. Eine Reparatur die ein Fachmann in einer halben Stunde erledigen kann.

Gracias por su comentario. Efectivamente la rueda tuvo que recibir un fuerte golpe para romper de esa forma. Te prestamos una silla de repuesto y mandamos a pedir esa pieza porque no es normal ese tipo de roturas. Una vez llegó la pieza, se cambió rapido.
