Hola María! Sentimos que te llegara a los 3 días, puede ser algo puntual en un retraso de mensajería, siempre se entrega en 1-2 días. De todos modos, para que tu pedido salga en el mismo día, tendrías que realizarlo antes de las 12 de la mañana. Así mismo, si te corre mucha prisa, llámanos y haremos todo lo posible porque te llegue mucho antes. Gracias y hasta la próxima!

Hola,
Tengo que decir que el servicio fue muy rápido. Dentro de los plazos establecidos. Sólo que tuve la mala pata que intercambiaron por error los paquetes y recibí el pedido de un cliente de Vitoria, y el de Vitoria mi pedido de Barcelona. Contactamos con el proveedor y enseguida trararon de solucionar el problema a pesar que era festivo en Andalucía y estaban habiendo retrasos en los envíos por el mal temporal en España. Aún así, volvería a comprar sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias.
