Compré el pienso para gatos, tanto Excellence como el de pescado porque me encantó la composición, el concepto del producto y del equipo de emprendedoras, pero desgraciadamente el sabor no parece convencer a ninguno de mis peques (6), ni siquiera a los de la calle. Probé incluso el Ayurveda y el rechazo ha sido total por todos, caseros y ferales. Así que estaré atenta a nuevas incorporaciones, a ver si hay más suerte!!

Sentimos mucho que a tus peques no les haya gustado el pienso, pero muchas veces se debe a que el cambio de un pienso a otro requiere una adaptación progresiva. Compartimos contigo los pasos recomendados por nuestra veterinaria integrativa Eloísa Hernández.
1) Empieza mezclando una pequeña cantidad del nuevo pienso con el actual, manteniendo una proporción mayor del antiguo.
2) A lo largo de varias semanas, incrementa la cantidad del nuevo pienso y reduce la del antiguo.
3) Observa a tu mascota para cualquier signo de malestar que pueda indicar que el cambio está siendo muy rápido.
4) Asegúrate de que la transición sea completa en aproximadamente un mes. La paciencia es importante y hay que asegurarse que el animal acepte bien el nuevo pienso antes de realizar el cambio por completo.
Esperamos que puedas volver a intentarlo y ver si así se adaptan mejor a nuestro pienso, mucho más natural y sano que otras opciones del mercado.

Desde que mi perro está comiendo esté pienso ha mejorado mucho de salud. La noto más animada. El servicio al cliente es genial, muy personal y profesional. El tema de envío no fue el ideal. Puede haber sido algo puntual.
