No puedo valorar la atención al cliente porque no he necesitado usarla, y el envío seria ideal que se pudiese hacer seguimiento o al menos conocer el transportista, porque no sé cómo se hubiese gestionado si no hubiese estado en casa cuando llegó..

Lo mejor de esta empresa es la atención al cliente. La realizan por Whatsapp con un trato muy cercano y siempre buscando resolver las incidencias de la mejor manera posible. 10 puntos.

Mis gatos son super alérgicos, ya había probado todos los piensos hipoalergénicos del mercado y seguían dando problemas de alergias (vómitos y demás). Ahora les estamos dando KA Excellence y la verdad es que van super bien, los vómitos se han controlado muchísimo. EL pienso se lo comen con gusto, y como las croquetas son grandecitas pues comen más despacio. Aunque es un pienso económico (cuesta la mitad que el Royal Canin), la calidad es superior. A tener en cuenta que todas las proteínas son hidrolisadas, además que no gastan cereales, lo cual hace que las alergias se controlen bien. EL envío lo hacen muy rápido y si hablamos de la atención al cliente, no les doy 5 estrellas porque merecen 10, atienden por whatsapp, con un trato muy cercano. Seguiremos confiando a Feral KA la alimentación de nuestros peludos.
