Buen día María del mar, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para poder ayudarte y que tus gatitos no tengan problema en consumir el pienso, por lo general esto suele pasar por el tipo de comida que estaban consumiendo anteriormente y no hacer una transición adecuada. Los gatos suelen ser muy especial cuando hablamos de sabores y lo mas probable es que el anterior llevase mas glutamato del que nos gustaría. Un saludo.

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes ocurridos con el servicio de mensajería.
En todo momento buscamos trabajar con empresas de reparto que garanticen un buen servicio, pero existen diversos factores que en ocasiones dificultan este objetivo.

La anterior mensajería presentaba problemas frecuentes: extravíos de paquetes, mal manejo de los envíos y una falta de responsabilidad ante cualquier incidente. Por esta razón, tomamos la decisión de cambiar de proveedor logístico, siempre con la intención de mejorar la experiencia de nuestros clientes.
