Envío rápido.
La atención al cliente no funciona muy bien. Anuncian un descuento al subir fotos de tu mascota etiquetándolos, pero es engañoso porque no lo cumplen. Me he puesto en contacto con atención al cliente y aún estoy esperando respuesta y solución.

Lamentamos que las latas de MAC´S no hayan cumplido tu expectativa, en la descripción de estos productos señalamos que estos tienen una textura suave y jugosa.

Aunque las latitas que traen vísceras suelen traerlo casi entero (corazones, hígado) pero apartando estos casos todas las latitas son suaves y jugosas.

En otra ocasión y ante la duda, no dudes en ponerte en contacto con nosotros en el teléfono o WhatsApp de atención al cliente para poder solventar todas tus dudas.
