La atención al cliente es buena y rápida a través de WhatsApp. La única pega es que he tenido que volver a pedir el formato de 1,5kg porque no había de 4kg que es el que quería. Hoy acabo de recibir el aviso de que ya si está disponible

Lamentamos que no hayas podido coger el saco del tamaño deseado, trabajamos diariamente para que el pienso siempre se mantenga fresco y recién hecho, esta es una de las razones por la cual a veces se nos agotan los sacos. Y que alegría nos da saber que a tus gatitos les encante nuestro pienso y que vaya todo muy bien!

Una de mis gatas tiene IBD, la veterinaria me recomendó pienso farmina ultrahypo alergenic de pescado y le sienta muy mal. He pasado casi tres meses haciendo la transición para evitar diarreas y no ha sido posible que se adapte. Con este pienso desde el primer día todo va bien, y las gusta a las dos. Ahora falta ver cómo va la inflamación del intestino en la próxima ecografía
