Buenos días. Hice mi pedido el día 4 de Enero de cara a que me llegaran los artículos para Reyes y así fue.
No marqué la casilla que indicaba que me lo enviaran de manera urgente por un despiste pero me llamaron inmediatamente (fue Encarni Gómez quien me atendió) para preguntarme si quería que el envío fuera urgente (lo cual se deducía por las fechas en las que realicé el pedido).
Se preocupó porque me llegara en tiempo así que encontramos una solución: que me encargara de recogerlo personalmente en la oficina de recepción del pedido pagando la diferencia en concepto de envío urgente.
Una atención fantástica y personalizada, y los artículos (una funda para licencias y un llavero) nos encantaron.

Buenas, con respecto a la tienda y la atención al cliente no tengo quejas ninguna ,siempre ha ido todo según lo previsto, pero la agencia utllizada para realizar el envio no ha estado a la altura de la circunstancia. Un saludo.

El producto de muy buena calidad pero puse que me lo enviaran por la mañana y se pusieron en contacto conmigo y no lo hicieron. Tuve que llamar dos veces atención al cliente que encima es un 902 y te cobran.
