El envío por MRW me pareció muy lamentablemente. Me dijeron que llegaría un lunes y cuando miro el seguimiento del envío poner que habían pasado a las 14:00 y no había nadie en casa cuando no me moví de casa en todo el día. Me presente ese mismo dia en el local y estaba cerrado pese a que según Google aún debería haber estado abierto.Llamaba llamaba y nadie lo cogiaEl siguiente era festivo así que no podía hacer nada. Al día siguiente llame a atención cliente de Barcelona y me dijeron que llamará a dos numeros que se supone que era el de la agencia. Llame a los dos (incluso llame a los dos números a la veces con diferentes teléfonos móviles) y fácilmente estuve 15 minutos sin que nadie cogiera el teléfono por más que llamaba. Finalmente me acerque por la tarde a la agencia otra vez y me dijo que acaban de salir a repartir el chófer y tuve que quedar con él en una gasolinera que había cerca para que me lo diera. Resumiendo,¡¡¡LAMENTABLE EL ENVÍO DE MRW CAMBIADLO YA!!!

Tourline Express no ha entregado el producto en plazo y no lo entregarán hasta el miércoles 3 de Enero 2019 a pesar de haber sido enviado por Vd. el 24/12/2018 y tener fecha prevista de entrega el 28/12/3018.
El 28/12/2018 me puse en contacto con Tourline y me informaron que no lo habían puesto en reparto por un error y que no lo podrían entregar antes del 3 de Enero por no tener servicio de reparto previsto para mi zona antes de esa fecha. No vivo en ningún lugar remoto, es una zona urbana del municipio de Getxo, en Vizcaya.
Me puse en contacto con Vd. para comunicarles la incidencia y la atención fue excelente. Es más, me hicieron un reembolso inmediato de los gastos de envío.
Muchas gracias por su atención. En absoluto les hago responsables a Vd. de que el producto no haya llegado en el plazo previsto.
