He esperado casi un mes para recibirlo por rotura de stock que no me avisaron. Y además en los dos últimos pedidos siempre ha quedado producto faltante por servir pero cobrado.

Buenos días, gracias por vuestra reseña. El producto que ustedes nos vienen comprando, hace meses que tenemos problemas de suministro por parte del fabricante. Estamos buscando alternativas que a día de hoy no podemos ofrecer por no tenerlas. Como bien comenta usted, nos va entrando material, pero mucho menos del que pedimos, y esto hace que no podamos servir los pedidos de la manera que nos gustaría, o sea rápido y por completo. Esperamos solventar esta situación y reconducirla en los próximas semanas.

Buenos días, su pedido salió el día 22 pero el transportista lo extravió. Ayer haciendo repaso de pedidos pendientes de entrega lo vimos y al no aparecer el paquete por parte del transportista, hoy mismo se lo hemos enviado de nuevo. Mañana lo tendría que recibir. Disculpas por las molestias.

Muchas gracias por su reseña. Hemos revisado su expedición y el pedido nos entró el día 18-9 y salió de nuestras instalaciones el día 19-9, al cabo de 1 día. El problema en este caso fue en la agencia de transporte, que por causas desconocidas, retrasó la entrega y no comunicó la causa. Por suerte, esto no sucede habitualmente. En su caso, disculpas por las molestias que este retraso le haya podido ocasionar.
