La bañera tenía un picotazo del tamaño de un grano de arroz y después de 20 años era el doble que una moneda de 2€ y con óxido. Atendí todas las instrucciones de ustedes y se ha quedado nueva, no se aprecia el problema que tenía. Solo queda esperar si aguanta y si no, vuelvo a repararla con vuestro producto.

Hola Francisco. Sentimos mucho que no te haya llegado. Puedes estar seguro que no es un timo, como mucho Correos lo habrá perdido. Como recordarás, hiciste el pedido para que te lo entregáramos en mano, aquí en Fuenlabrada. Sin embargo, luego hablamos por teléfono porque nos extrañó mucho que la dirección de facturación que nos pusiste era de fuera de Madrid... Finalmente acordamos telefónicamente mandártelo por correo ordinario. Como se explica en nuestra web, los envíos gratuitos no llevan seguimiento y no podemos garantizar su entrega. Aún así, es raro que un paquete se pierda. Te llamaremos para así solucionar esta situación, pero de una cosa puedes estar seguro: no es un timo. Por 9'95 € no merece la pena ;-)

Estoy encantada! Se había hecho un agujero enorme en el borde de la bañera por el óxido pensaba que iba a tener que cambiar la bañera y gracias a vuestros productos no he tenido que cambiarla y no se nota nada... No hay ni rastro del agujero

Tenía varios desperfectos en un lavabo y en un principio compré en otra tienda el esmalte cerámico de Ceys que no sirve porque el color blanco no es el mismo. El stickker de Cramer que compré aquí si es prácticamente igual de color y cubre muy bien. Contenta con la compra.

Nefasto, segui las instrucciones al dedillo, la bañera quedo perfecta, pero al segundo dia salto todo lo que puse, tire el dinero a la basura esta claro....

El paquete llegó en perfectas condiciones y en el plazo indicado.
He realizado una pequeña reparación de un desconchado con óxido y el resultado ha sido bueno.
